Combat tutorials (& redesigned the dialogue boxes)

Added better explosion effects

Mission rewards & debriefing

Two new game modes

1. SR2 shooter - (1. when pilot is about to be killed, 2. when pilot encounters enemy during exploration, 3. when pilot volunteers to rescue station workers)
